Friendly’s Restaurant Servers May Be Owed Compensation

Ice-Cream

On behalf of lead plaintiff Tisha Reed and other Friendly’s servers, Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber recently filed a lawsuit against Friendly’s Ice Cream, LLC alleging two minimum wage violations. First, Friendly’s allegedly allows its servers to work “off-the-clock” during unpaid meal breaks and after their scheduled shifts. Second, Friendly’s allegedly requires its servers to spend up to two hours each shift performing non-tipped tasks while paying servers the tipped minimum wage (the tipped minimum wage varies by state, but is less than $7.00 an hour). We are proud to represent Ms. Reed and other Friendly’s servers whose wage rights may have been violated. Please contact us to discuss your legal options if you worked at Friendly’s and believe your legal rights may have been violated.
