New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is investigating fantasy sports companies DraftKings and FanDuel for potentially unlawful activity. DraftKings and FanDuel are both valued at over $1 billion. They made these profits by claiming to offer a fair environment for people to play fantasy sports. Unfortunately, it appears that the “fair” environment may have been rigged against regular DraftKings and FanDuel’s players.
